The Swiss vitamin water Focuswater from Rivella is in vogue. In the production and bottling building, an existing bottling plant for glass products was dismantled and replaced by a modern bottling plant for the Focuswater product.
Expansion of the Rivella AG photovoltaic plant
With the new photovoltaic plant, Rivella AG is implementing a further project from its sustainability strategy, with the aim of halving its CO2 footprint by 2030 and achieving net zero by 2050 at the latest.
Fire protection upgrades and thermal insulation at the Brugg Vocational and Further Education Centre
The Brugg Vocational and Further Education Centre underwent a fire protection upgrade due to increased requirements. A new fire alarm system with partial protection was installed.
MIETERAUSBAU BIZ NEXXT ROSENTHALSTRASSE BASEL
In a prime location in the middle of the city of Basel, we were able to realize the tenant fit-out for the education department of the canton of Basel-Stadt. The expansion extends over 3.5 floors and includes almost 3000m2 of rental space.
New Building GAG Lindenpark Balsthal
The new construction of the Lindenpark Dementia Centre comprises a development of the site with two identical residential buildings, each accommodating 6 residential groups, and a multi-purpose building.
New clean rooms Park InnovAare
As Switzerland\'s innovation park, Park Innovaare promotes the exchange between science and industry. In order to create the optimum conditions for research, development and production, ultra-modern cleanrooms have been installed.
New construction of commercial building Marco Dätwyler Group
Marco Dätwyler Verwaltungen und Immobilien AG realised a commercial building in Härkingen with an office, warehouse and hall area. The new building consists of an underground car park in the basement with parking spaces.
New construction of Haus Rhein Gässliacker Foundation
The new Haus Rhein building is directly connected to the main Limmat building via an open corridor. Haus Rhein is designed as a multi-purpose building.
New construction of SBB Regensdorf substation
The new construction of the SBB substation consists of a switching station building, a frequency converter plant and a 132 kV switchgear.
New construction of the Alte Leistfabrik residential complex
The "alte Leistenfabrik" development combines tradition and modernity and promises attractive living with a feel-good character. \r\nA residential development with 54 units has been built on the site in the style of the factory building.
New construction of the Ferroflex craft center in Oberentfelden
The new building of the modern craft center is located in Oberentfelden. Over 2000 square meters of sales area on 2 floors are available to customers.

New school complex with gym Stierenmatt Dietikon
The two school buildings and the gymnasium were completely modular and prefabricated in Möhlin. The temporary buildings will serve as a fully usable interim solution for around ten years
New Temporary School Building Stelzenacher Dietikon
The town of Dietikon requires additional classrooms in the form of a temporary school building. To this end, a new school pavilion has been erected on the site on Badstrasse.
New Triple Sports Hall in Unteräsch Möriken-Wildegg
As part of the school expansion, a modern triple sports hall is being built in Unteräsch. The new building impresses with its clean-lined architecture, spacious outdoor areas and functional interior design, blending harmoniously into the local landscape.
Refurbishment of HVAC systems at Aargauische Kantonalbank Baden
We were able to renovate the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems of the Aargauische Kantonalbank office building in a prime location in the centre of Baden.
Refurbishment of the Pfaffechappe school building in Baden
The existing Pfaffechappe school building was built in the 1970s as a secondary school building. The entire building extends over 6 floors.
Renovation carpentry Peterhans Schibli AG
Following the fire in spring 2021, planning for the reconstruction of the carpentry workshop began soon after. The usable area of the joinery was increased by extending the entire area and building the upper floor with a uniform ceiling height.

With the new ice water system, Rivella AG is well equipped for an energy-efficient future.
Renovation of the Ex Libris branch in Zurich-Oerlikon
In Oerlikon, we were able to realise the renovation of the Ex Libris branch. During the very short remodelling period, the entire shop was renovated and now shines in new splendour.

Renovation of the Limmat House Gässliacker Foundation
Over the past two years, the main building known as Limmat at the Gässliacker retirement centre in Obersiggenthal has been completely renovated. The striking building with its exposed orange clinker brick façade was completely hollowed out and underwent a total refurbishment.

The Sälischulhaus in Olten is an important architectural witness to post-war modernism and is a cantonal listed building.

In a prime location in the middle of the city of Baden, we were able to realize the tenant fit-out on behalf of KIRKBI Real Estate. In the listed former central laboratory of Brown, Boveri & Cie.
Tenant fit-out at the Ex Libris AG Dietikon headquarters
Ex Libris AG, an independent company of the Migros Group, reached the limits of its capacity at its previous location. In order to cope with the increasing number of orders, a new location was found for the headquarters for office workplaces, the central warehouse and logistics.

The company Varian Medical Systems from Palo Alto, California, USA is dedicated to the fight against cancer and develops and markets complete hardware and software systems for radiation therapy.
Tenant fit-out Ex Libris branch Säntispark
We were commissioned to carry out tenant fit-out work for a new Ex Libris branch in Säntispark in Abtwil SG. The Ex Libris branch was created as a shop-in-shop solution on the premises of a Migros branch.
