Tenant fit-out Ex Libris branch Säntispark
We were commissioned to carry out tenant fit-out work for a new Ex Libris branch in Säntispark in Abtwil SG. The Ex Libris branch was created as a shop-in-shop solution on the premises of a Migros branch. During the construction period, the entire branch was redesigned in line with the current branch concept and has since been given a fresh new look. The lighting was designed as modern and contemporary LED lighting. Pendant lights were installed in the reading area for accent lighting. Sound is provided by the sound system provided by the shopping centre. The area was equipped with fire detectors, which were integrated into the shopping centre's fire alarm system.
