Tenant fit-out Marco Dätwyler Group
The Marco Dätwyler Group AG realised a commercial building in Härkingen with an office, warehouse and hall area. The new building consists of an underground car park in the basement with parking spaces for 100 vehicles and 6 delivery vans, a two-storey administration wing and a hall area with 4 lorry docking bays. The headquarters of the Marco Dättwyler Group is located on part of the site. The office wing with lounge and small kitchen is located on the upper floors. The ground floor houses workshops for repairing machines and power tools as well as a fully equipped car workshop with a vehicle lift. A prestigious meeting room is also located on the ground floor. Its highlight is a decommissioned demolition excavator suspended from the ceiling, which beautifully symbolises the company's core competencies.
Aare Limmat Elektro AG was commissioned to carry out the complete electrical installations. The entire electrical installation was newly installed and corresponds to the current state of the art.
