Replacement high-pressure compressors Rivella AG
With the replacement of the 2 redundant high-pressure compressors, Rivella AG is ideally equipped for an energy-efficient future. The two compressors were previously among the largest electrical energy consumers. By completely replacing the two high-pressure compressors with more modern, energy-efficient machines, Rivella AG can reduce its annual electricity consumption by around 5%.
The compressed air is needed to inflate the PET blanks with a short blast of air and thus bring them to the required bottle size. The replacement was meticulously planned and the processes scheduled to ensure a very short interruption time.
Aare Limmat Elektro AG was commissioned with the planning and execution of the complete electrical installations. The electrical installations were newly installed and correspond to the current state of the art.
