Conversion of energy centre and replacement of heat pumps in Aarburg
The residential complex at Hofmattstrasse 11a, 11c and 15 in Aarburg consists of several apartment blocks. The old heating system consisted of 30 small air-to-water heat pumps, each of which generated the heat required for the flats independently. In the interests of energy optimisation, these were replaced by a central heat pump. The required energy is extracted from the groundwater, which enables a better energy balance. For this purpose, a new EW supply line was built to supply the heat. The remote apartment blocks are supplied from the centre via substations.
Aare Limmat Elektro AG was commissioned to carry out the complete electrical installations. The entire electrical installation was newly installed and corresponds to the current state of the art.
